Questions

The things people ask before booking.

Yes. What you say stays between you and your psychologist. The only exceptions are narrow legal ones — a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else — and your psychologist explains these in the first session before you share anything.

Mostly listening. Your psychologist asks what brought you here, a little about your history, and what you hope changes. You leave with a sense of what the work would look like. No obligation to book a second.

No. A quiet space and a stable connection is enough. Plenty of people arrive with nothing and start talking anyway.

You don't have to know. Book a talk therapy session and say you're unsure — the first session includes working that out.

Online, over a secure video link, Monday to Saturday between 9AM and 7PM. You get the link by email once your slot is confirmed.

Pricing is listed per service on the booking page before you enter any payment details. If cost is a barrier, say so when you enquire.

You've read this far. That counts for something.

Book a first session and see how it feels. If it isn't right, you've lost an hour and learned something.
