Two minutes, no signup, and nothing to explain to anyone. These are the same short questionnaires clinicians use — a starting point rather than a verdict.
Your answers stay in your browser. They're never sent to us and never stored.
You're allowed to ask a therapy practice what it actually stands for. Here's ours, without the brochure language.
Our clinical work is grounded in established, researched methods — CBT, ACT, and related approaches. If something isn't supported, we don't sell it as treatment.
Sessions are private and confidential. Nothing is shared, recorded, or reported without your explicit consent, save for the narrow legal exceptions we explain up front.
The first session is largely us listening. What follows is built around your history, your pace, and what you actually want to change.
Online sessions, Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 7PM. Reschedule without a lecture. Access shouldn't be another thing to manage.
Qualified psychologists you can get to know before you book.
Shared with permission. Names changed where asked.
“I'd been circling the same problem for years. Four sessions in, I could finally say what it actually was. That was the whole unlock.”
“What struck me was the pace. Nobody rushed me toward a conclusion. The sessions felt like thinking, not being fixed.”
Yes. What you say stays between you and your psychologist. The only exceptions are narrow legal ones — a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else — and your psychologist explains these in the first session before you share anything.
Mostly listening. Your psychologist asks what brought you here, a little about your history, and what you hope changes. You leave with a sense of what the work would look like. No obligation to book a second.
No. A quiet space and a stable connection is enough. Plenty of people arrive with nothing and start talking anyway.
You don't have to know. Book a talk therapy session and say you're unsure — the first session includes working that out.
